Is there a minimum order required?
There is a minimum order of one dozen custom cookies. Note: This does not apply to special items that are priced by the cookie or set.
What if there is something specific I want on my cookies?
Inspiration photos are welcome and encouraged. If you have something special in mind, I will do my best to create it for you.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Please allow at least 2 weeks for custom cookie orders. Baking, decorating, drying, and packaging take time. In order for me to do my best work, I need time to do it. My calendar fills quickly, so it is best to order well in advance. Last minute or rush orders will be charged an additional fee, and will only be accepted if time allows.
When and how do I pay for my cookies?
Once your order is confirmed, full payment will be accepted via cash, card, or Venmo. Your order will be started once payment has been received.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Each cookie will be individually packaged and heat sealed. They may be stored in the freezer for up to three months. On the counter, they will stay fresh for about two weeks.
How do I get my order?
Orders may be picked up from me at my home or at an agreed upon local location. Local deliveries may also be arranged with an additional fee.
